I found CrossFit in 2013. I had battled with extreme eating disorders for many years and at the time had hit an all time low point in my life and at 100lbs, I needed help. One class and I was hooked! CrossFit changed my perspective on what healthy was, it taught me how to be strong and happy and how to see food as fuel, not as an enemy! It saved my life! As I progressed I found myself helping others, passing on my gained knowledge and I discovered that I wanted to help others meet their potential. Naturally my next step was to become a coach. When I coach I want to pass on my joy and passion for the sport, help others to not only better themselves physically but mentally as well. There is nothing more rewarding as seeing others succeed!
