Bio
Working out and being physically fit have always been improtant compenents of my life, but after hitting a workout slump fro about 2 years, I knew I needed to make a big change to get back to the healthier, stronger version of myself. I always loved the concept of CrossFit, but never took the leap. My first introduction to JCCF, I knew this is where I wanted to be. JCCF’s prioritization of form and technique, and the ideals they uphold are in line with what I was looking for, I took the leap, and am excited to be able to learn, grow, and share these experiences with the JCCF community.
