    Step 1: No-Sweat Intro

The first step is a No-Sweat Intro! During the No-Sweat Intro you'll sit down with a coach and they'll discuss your goals, answer your questions, and help you decide if CrossFit is a good fit for you. We never pressure anyone to join and truly want it to be a good fit for everyone.

If you have CrossFit experience and feel good about the basics, you can test out during the No-Sweat Intro.
