Bio

Jordan’s CrossFit journey began in 2016, when she quickly fell in love with the challenge of functional fitness and the community that comes with it. What started as a personal fitness journey grew into a love for coaching and helping others discover their own strength.

As a busy mom of five, Jordan understands firsthand that balancing family, work, and fitness isn’t always easy. She believes fitness is about more than what you can accomplish in the gym. It’s about building confidence, creating healthy habits, and becoming stronger for everyday life.

Jordan enjoys working with athletes of all experience levels, but has a special place in her heart for helping beginners feel comfortable and confident. Whether she’s coaching a CrossFit class, leading bootcamp, working one-on-one with a new member, or helping someone improve their nutrition, her goal is to make fitness approachable, challenging, and rewarding.

Her coaching philosophy centers around proper technique, consistency, and celebrating progress at every stage. She believes everyone is capable of more than they realize, and there’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone accomplish something they once thought was impossible.

For Jordan, Junction City CrossFit is more than a place to work out. It’s a community where people support one another, push past their limits, and build lasting friendships. She’s proud to be part of that community and loves helping others find their place in it.
