More than sets or reps. We can’t wait for Monday morning to come. We can’t wait to go to the gym. We can’t wait to see what the workout of the day is. And, we really just want to be in a place where we can comfortably train in the same class as stay-at-home parents, soldiers, teenagers, grandparents and high level athletes. Our CrossFit classes are for begginners, intermidiate or advanced fitness levels and for anyone that wants to look better naked, lose body fat, maintain lean muscle, compete in a local competition or just take on something new to mix up their routine. We don’t do contracts and truly want the gym to be a good fit for you. We offer one on one time with a coach if you haven’t done CrossFit before or if you need a refresher.
