 Junction City CrossFit is proud to introduce SWEAT 6-Week Boot Camp! Join us for enrollment day on Sunday February 23rd @ 530pm We have taken our experience with functional, results-oriented fitness, removed the heavy barbells and complex movements to create the perfect program for anyone looking to get back into shape or gear up to take on our full CrossFit program.     Enrollment Day: Sunday February 23rd @ 530pm   Classes Start: Monday February 24th @ 530pm   When: Classes are 530pm on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday (Saturday 930am class optional). Classes run Feb 24th – April 5th     Cost: $59 enrollment, $100 paid at start of classes. $159 total for six weeks. ⬇️ REGISTRATION OPEN NOW! Common questions What happens on enrollment day? On enrollment day we’ll chat with you about your medical history, fitness goals and what your expectations are for the six weeks. We’ll also do an inbody scan, chat about nutrition and answer all your questions.     Do I need to wait until enrollment day to sign up? No you can reserve your spot as long as there is space available. (15 spots available)     Will a coach be there at every class? Yes! You will work with Coach Kelly during the six weeks.   Should I sign up if I’m not in shape? of course you can, most of the friends you meet will be just starting out or getting back into a routine.
