“I started nutrition coaching with Coach Christina in the beginning of May, with intentions of dropping some weight and feeling a little more comfortable in my own skin. What I got out of it was so much more. I had been “meal prepping” prior to starting the program with her and was actually eating so much less than my body needed. I ended up losing 10lbs in a little over 10 weeks, while maintaining my muscle mass and losing body fat by almost 4%. 3 of those weeks were spent on a tasking in GA without being able to cook my own food! Christina was amazing through the whole process. She was quick to answer any questions I had, and worked with me to find ways to get over any obstacles along the way.
