“I moved here a few years ago and I bounced around from gym to gym. I grew increasingly frustrated with the monotony of going to the gym and not seeing results and my motivation declined. I was in the worst shape of my life and frustrated with my health habits.
I decided to give CrossFit a try. My first visit I remember being really nervous not knowing exactly what I was getting into. It was intimidating seeing so many athletes, I thought I would look foolish and not able keep up. I met my coach and we scaled the work out to my abilities. During the workout I remember thinking “wow this is so much more than you’ve ever done at the gym”
I signed up about a year ago and it’s become part of my routine. My health habits have drastically improved and my motivation has never been higher. I love group fitness and the community is great.
